NPDN members take note: All important business communications from the network are sent from our listserv members@npdn.org or from the regional center lists: gpdn@npdn.org, ncpdn@npdn.org, nepdn@npdn.org, spdn@npdn.org, and wpdn@npdn.org, 
If you find that NPDN emails are going to your spam or junk folder, make sure you add them to the safe sender list. 
In Outlook:

  1. On the Home tab, click Junk, and then click Junk E-mail Options.
  2. On the Safe Senders tab, add the listed NPDN email addresses to the list.

In Gmail:

  1. Check your spam folder.
  2. If you see an email that should have gone to your inbox, highlight the message, and click the "Not Spam" button. Future emails from that email should now automatically go to your inbox.
