This position provides supervision and organization within Plant Pathology Program, Division of Plant Protection. You will oversee the diagnosis and determination of regulatory plant diseases in the Commonwealth and work in establishing surveys for pathogens which may threaten PA agriculture and environment. Work includes macroscopic, microscopic, serological, molecular, and bioassay tests and examinations of diseased plants to detect and identify fungi, bacteria, nematodes, viruses, and virus-like organisms.
